Booked quadruple room, that included a balcony, a storage space, and coffee. The breakfast was great with hard boiled eggs, frozen hash browns and next door quality, and the restaurant was nice.

The place was fairly clean and pleasant, it had lovely staff at reception desk. The bathroom was amazing, and the room itself was fantastic and immaculate.

The location was marvellous, 20 km to London City airport, perfectly reachable. Our double room was updated with Clean Breakfast, a single bed, for instance as advertised.

It made my trip to London a pleasant experience. The hotel was newly renovated, the staff were very very helpful. I greatly enjoyed excellent and absolutely perfect location and the excellent service of the team. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Buckingham Palace.

The location it has not far from city center as well as Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express is good and perfect.

All in all good and beautiful setting adjacent to train station and tube and Hyde Park and Paddington tube. Original-style building, well-kept rooms with bedrooms as well as a large heater. Good service, great breakfast with hard boiled eggs and frozen hash browns...

The view from the hotel was pleasant and the breakfast was great with hard boiled eggs and frozen hash browns, for example. It had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location right by Close to railway, tube station and paddington station and the Hyde Park and other shops and restaurant.

Got quadruple room with 3 iron framed beds for 3 adults as expected, loved it. The hotel's setting was central and the staff were very helpful and attentive people who did know the agreed arrangements. There were a market and gift stores around the property.

The food was nice and the bar was lovely. The staff were respectful and efficient and knew their area. It was in a very central location, right across from Paddington station.

Respectful and efficient staff on the reception desk, had very lovely stay. The hotel was in the very central setting in the centre of London. What's more, it was short walk to Paddington train station and underground, and was easy to find.

Excellent very central location just off local transport through which the entire city could easily be accessed, the centre of London and Paddington railway station. The breakfast was great with a wide array of delicacies.
